She studied Medicine and Surgery at Oxford University and is currently completing a Master’s Degree in the Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health at Kings College, London. She completed Biomedical Engineering (Hons 1) and Science degrees at Berkeley and Sydney University. Rachel has written two medical textbooks –Practical Medical Procedures at a Glance, andMedical School at a Glance(Wiley-Blackwell) – as well as multiple articles in the academic and popular press. In 2016, she was named the British Medical Association’sYoung Author of the Year.
