Dag Tynes is a concept maker, stage designer and visual storyteller with a background that spans music, sound, lighting and live production. What began as a fascination with creating visible experiences gradually became a career built around shaping how people feel, move and connect in a room.

Today, Dag develops concepts for special events, combining visuals, design, storytelling and audience experience into one bigger picture. His work is not only about how something looks, but about how all the elements work together to create a moment people remember.

His path into the industry has been anything but traditional. Before making stages and events his full-time work, Dag also trained and worked as a hairdresser and joined an international education team for a German haircare brand. An unexpected chapter that reflects the broad mix of craft, creativity and curiosity he brings to his work.

Throughout his career, Dag has worked on productions and events where design carries meaning far beyond decoration, including Norway’s National Memorial Ceremony for the July 22 terrorist attacks.
