Idd Aziz’s performance at TEDxArendal 2025 is not a traditional talk.
Through live music and presence, Idd invites the audience into a shared space of rhythm and reflection. This is music as storytelling. A language without words that speaks directly to the heart.
It’s a reminder that sometimes, the most powerful messages don’t need to be explained. They just need to be felt.
Idd Aziz is a Kenyan-born singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose music is rooted in African tradition and shaped by a global journey.
He began performing at the age of 13 and was touring internationally by 15. Over the years, Idd has developed a unique sound that blends voice, percussion, flute and guitar into powerful, genre-defying performances. His work bridges cultures and connects audiences through rhythm, energy and emotional presence.
Whether on large festival stages or in intimate settings, Idd’s goal remains the same: to use music as a tool for connection, awareness and joy.
